Fix is for when something isn’t working and you know it, but not why or what to tackle first. A sounding board session gives you a focused 90 minutes, a written plan with clear action points, and a catch-up six weeks later.
Write and talk is for when you need to put your expertise into words for a room or a page: speaking, panels and workshops, or features and commentary for publications.

2. soundboarding session
£495 a 90 minutes online + written plan + 6 week follow up
A focused session on your brand or business, followed by a written plan covering where the gaps and opportunities are, what to fix first, and what to leave alone.
How it works
Before: a few short questions, so we use the time well.
During: 90 minutes on where you’re stuck, what’s getting in the way, and what matters most right now.
After: within 7 working days, you get a written plan with clear action points.
Six weeks later: a free 30-minute online catch-up to see what’s moved and what’s next.

A defined piece of work (a project) with a clear outcome and a fixed fee, anywhere on the journey from idea to selling. For example, a range gap analysis, a pricing plan, a sourcing plan, refining your critical path, factory overview, trade show preparation, a marketing strategy review, or a campaign launch plan.
Best for: a specific job done well, without an ongoing commitment.
